Autumn Leaves in Gokei Valley, Soja City

Hi there. It’s Mr. Wada back on duty. I would like to share our autumn-leaf watching in Gokei Valley, Soja City this time.

Autumn Leaves in Gokei Valley, Soja City

Gokei Valley is one of the most popular places for watching autumn leaves in Okayama Prefecture. Another place I’ve introduced before, Hofukuji Temple is only about 3 km away, so it would be nice to hop as well! Leaves in this area turn red/yellow early November and this beautiful scenery lasts for a month or so.

For drivers, I highly recommend to get there in the morning like 9 AM due to traffic in this season. It is not as busy as Okutsukei Valley though many people come by and soon it makes a long lineup for parking which is just a pain! >x<
