17th Okayama Momotaro Festival

The 17th Okayama Momotaro Festival is coming up this weekend. It’s a major event in Okayama during summer. This festival lasts for two days.
First day’s main event is the fireworks competition at night, but there are also small events like dance parade during the day around Okayama Station.
Second day’s highlight is Uraja (a street dance parade) where different groups showcase their energetic dance moves and colorful costumes. In the last part of the parade, everyone can join in.
Many food stalls are available on these two days.
