2024 January: Harvesting Autumn Potatoes

Finally harvested the rest of autumn potatoes, yes, autumn potatoes in January. I left potatoes in ground longer than usual hoping it might still continue to grow bigger and hilled up even more to protect from frost.

After harvesting potatoes, already mixed raw rice bran (komenuka) with soil in the same bed in preparation for next crop.
