2023 Winter: Growing Spinach

October 7, 2023:

Sowed two rows of spinach seeds (Nobel variety) in front bed #2. Soaked the seeds in water overnight to boost up the germination rate.

October 9, 2023:

Sowed four rows of spinach seeds (Akane Japanese variety) in empty space of sweet potato seedling nursery bed.
