ゴールドフィグ初収穫　the very first gold fig

2023年夏に植え付けたゴールドフィグをついに初収穫。おそらく夏果。触るとグニッとしたので適期かと思われる。中身はというと、ハチミツのような甘さは感じるものの、本領発揮という感じではない。まだ青臭さが残りイマイチ。秋果に期待かなー。

The gold fig tree Thai I transplanted back in 2023 finally got a ripen fruit. I could taste honey-ish sweetness but it didn’t taste like it is supposed to be yet. Perhaps I should look forward to autumn picking.
