よく熟した秋のイチジク Better growth of figs

涼しくなってイチジクの成長スピードが目に見えて緩やかになった。が、灼熱の夏は急速に熟して味が薄いのに対し、今はゆっくり熟すので非常に濃くて美味しい。

Growing speed of figs have dropped but now they ripe slowly and taste better compared to riping so fast in summer which tend to be watery tastewise.

インスタで見かけたいちじくを使ったブルスケッタに挑戦。美味しい!
