すももの収穫　Picking plums

すももの木は結構な大きさになりつつあるが、実のつき方はまだまだ。管理にコツがあるのかな？

今年は4、5個なった。そのうち2個がよさげだったので鳥にやられる前日ーに収穫。

Our plum tree has grown big but it got just four or five fruits this year. Is there anything I can do to improve yields? Two looked ripen so I picked them this morning before birds come to pick.
