ホワイトイスキア/ドルチェレストを初収穫 Picking White Ischia for the first time

白系イチジクは色での収穫見極めが慣れてないけど、明らかに他の果実(緑)と異なって黄色くなってきたので収穫。触って柔らかさも確認済。でも確かでないので黄色くなってる2つのうち1つだけ収穫。

For me white figs are hard to tell when to pick by color but this one looked obviously yellowish than young green ones. I picked one of two fruits for a starter.

ちっさ。指先くらいの申し訳無い程度の大きさ。
味は、、、まだこれからなのかな。甘さはあるけど、美味しいとかっていうレベルではない。とりあえずはもう一個の方が熟すのを待ってみよう。

Quite small, isn’t it? Just like a tip of my finger. Taste wise though it was sweet but not as sweet as I expected. I will wait for another one to ripe more.
