Harvesting edamame

Edamame harvest this year turned out to be a success, way better than the previous years. It took awhile for the pods to get bigger but it’s worth waiting.

Protecting the plants with net from the beginning is probably a big factor to its success. It helped to keep the pests away.

Not much in terms of amount, but quite satisfied how edamame turned out this year, and I still have another batch that’s starting to flower.
