秋もカミキリムシ狩り Kamikiri hunt continues in Autumn

今日も一匹カミキリ虫の幼虫を捕らえた。でっか。成虫くらいのサイズだけどまだ幼虫。

木への負担は大きいけど、今日みたいに隠れていると思われるところを切り開いて確認したほうが確実だなと思う。ワイヤーを差し込むだけじゃ難しい。

Nailed one kamikiri. It was the biggest of all. Almost like adult size but still larvae. Feel a need of cutting open the trees rather than just inserting wire like I did today. Oh man. Looks like a prawn sashimi, doesn’t it?
