Bakery Industry in Soja City (Okayama)
Industry is in Soja City which is a 30-minute train ride from Okayama central. It has been chosen as the most popular bakery in Okayama Prefecture many times. But what makes it so special? Let’s go investigate.
Yummy lookin’ bread displayed in the showcase. You should come in early before they sell all out.
There is a pizza restaurant upstairs (under the same management, I think). We can eat in here as well. It serves drinks if you would like. You could just have a cup of water as well.
Alright, I got a sandwich and Ren (Mrs. Wada) got a croissant as always. Baguette is very crispy and tasty. Croissant was also good! In terms of baguette though, I feel this place is the best. I would like to try different bread next time.
