Naruto Theme Park in Awaji Island is a part of the park named Nijigen no Mori (ニジゲンノモリ) that offers different themes aside from Naruto, like Dragon Quest, Godzilla etc. Each theme Park requires a ticket for entrance. You can drop in and enter but I suggest to get it in advance on the web especially for holidays.
