Taste Okayama Flour; BS Bakery (Wake Town)

Hello world. It’s Mr. Wada back on duty. I would like to introduce a bakery that uses Okayama flour for bread.

This bakery says that it takes only a minute from JR Wake Station by skateboard. I don’t know if this is a Wake joke but anyway we took a visit for investigation (we don’t have a skateboard though).

Apparently BS stands for blue spring and it refers to Seishun (青春) in Japanese which means youth. Hm. Its specialty is BS baguette made by Monge flour. Monge is Okayama dialect meaning ‘very’ or ‘freaking’ just like Sugoi (すごい) or Suge (すげ~).

Let us try some. Actually we were here for lunch. Heh heh. Mucho hungry. Including baguette, it was pretty good. What we picked were our liking (crunchy). I would like to come back sometime for sure.
