Mimasaka Gibier at Okayama Garden Cafe

Gibier – I first heard this word last year when I saw a TV show featuring chefs serve meat at their restaurant that they hunted themselves. Then today, it happens that I saw this word again in the menu of the cafe (Okayama Garden Cafe) that we dropped in for lunch. It’s something unusual, so we decided to give it a try.

By the way, Okayama Garden Cafe is located right next to horse-riding school that I had my first horse-riding experience few years ago.
